All products are in stock at our Auckland distribution centre and orders will be dispatched on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm and those placed on a weekend day, these will be dispatched the following working day.

Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.

For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Items must be initiated for return within 7 days of receiving the order by filling out the Returns Form, and returned to us within 7 days of the submitting the form.
