Some help on sizing..
1. Mens sizes are unisex and on women are a looser fit, for a tighter fit we recommend sizing down.
2. Womens sizes may include womens actual size or unisex size which might be sized up for a looser fit.
Items are randomly selected and are pre-made before sale.
Boxes are available in both mens and womens, and come in our usual sizes (unless sold out).
Items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product information
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm and those placed on a weekend or public holiday, these will be dispatched the following working day.
Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.
For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Items must be initiated for return within 7 days of receiving the order by filling out the Returns Form, and returned to us within 7 days of the submitting the form.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.
We use NZ Couriers for order delivery, who provide fast and reliable service across New Zealand. All products are in stock at our Auckland distribution centre and orders will be dispatched on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm and those placed on a weekend day, these will be dispatched the following working day.
What payment methods can I use?
We offer different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as many different local pay later methods including Afterpay and Laybuy.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
