Order Processing

**New** Business Delivery
Business Delivery is available for orders delivered to businesses, shopping malls, business parks etc located in major towns or cities. Have your order delivered to the office overnight by 9.30am!

We use NZ Couriers for order delivery, who provide fast and reliable service across New Zealand. All products are in stock at our Auckland distribution centre and orders will be dispatched on the same day as us receiving your order if placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm and those placed on a weekend day, these will be dispatched the following working day.

Most orders are delivered overnight, however please allow 2-3 days for delivery in case there are any unexpected delays in the NZ Couriers shipping network.

For rural delivery please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Delivery within New Zealand

$7.90 Flat Rate Shipping. You are able to order as many items as you like and only pay this one charge.

$5.00 additional cost for Rural Shipping.

Once we have picked and packed your order and our courier has picked this up you will start to receive automated tracking emails so that you can follow its progress. Please check your junk or spam folders for this.

If you have placed an order and you would like add another item(s), providing the order hasn’t been picked and packed, please contact us at hello@sostellar.co.nz as we may be able give you a Free Shipping code and combine the orders.

Click & Collect

Our distribution office is open 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Click & Collect orders are ready for pickup an hour after being placed. If your Click & Collect order is placed after hours or over a weekend, it will be ready for pickup from 9am the next working day.

You’ll receive an email from us to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up from our distribution office address, located in Wairau Valley on the North Shore, Auckland. If you would like to pick your order up after office hours or over the weekend, please email us at hello@sostellar.co.nz as we may be able to leave this in a secure box with a combination lock.

Delivery to Australia

We use NZ Post for orders placed from Australia which hands over to Australia Post for delivery. Currently we only offer Economy Tracked as a shipping option which is fully tracked with a target delivery of 2-10 working days. We can quote pricing for the below two shipping options, please email us at hello@sostellar.co.nz.

Economy Untracked – Target delivery 2-10 working days.
Express Courier – Target delivery 2-5 working days.
